AnalystSenior Financial Analyst

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst willplay a critical role in supporting Diligent s financial planning and analysis efforts across assigned regions or business areas. This role provides deep insights and actionable recommendations that inform both strategic and operational decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst leads budgeting forecasting variance analysis and financialmodelingactivities while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidatedemonstratesadvanced analytical skills strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design maintenance and enhancement of financial reporting packages models and dashboards to support business decision-making

• Analyzeconsolidate and interpret complex financial and operational data toidentifytrends variances and actionable business insights

• Drive budgeting forecasting and monthly/quarterly management reporting processes ensuring alignment with company goals and financial statements

• Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings providing analysis and recommendations

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting Sales Operations HR Product etc.) to support financial planning process improvements and strategic initiatives

• Perform advanced ad-hoc financial analyses to guide key operational and strategic decisions

• Identifyopportunities to improve financial systems tools and processes for enhanced efficiency and data accuracy

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed contributing to team development and knowledge sharing

Required Experience/Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting analysis or FP&A

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA CFA) a plus

• Strong financial analysis modelling and forecasting skills with the ability to handle complex datasets andprovideactionable insights

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables charts macros etc.) and familiarity with financial systems or BI tools

• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making across multiple teams

• Strategic mindset detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive solution-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

• High levelof integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
