Job Description:
- The IT Business Office/Asset Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower.
- This role supports accurate budget administration invoice processing procurement analysis and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making.
- This position is critical for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within IT.
- It bridges technical teams and finance ensuring on-time invoice submissions and alignment to financial forecast to actuals.
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Research and Analysis for RFP preparation budgeting/computational self-guided learning/research using tools like Co-pilot and pre-existing knowledge articles

- 3-5 year
Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):
- SAP VIM/Excel/Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying/ServiceNow request and ticket management
