Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Developing Professional Analyst II - Security (Program) to support various aspects of security including but not limited to Information Security Personnel Security (PERSEC) Program Security Operations Security (OPSEC) and Communications Security (COMSEC). This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise across multiple aspects of government security.

The selected candidate will receive mentorship and formal instruction while progressively taking on additional security responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized dependable eager to learn and able to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day security operations including Information Security Personnel Security (PERSEC) Program Security Physical Security Operations Security (OPSEC) and Communications Security (COMSEC).

  • Support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Continuous Monitoring (CONMON) activities including monitoring security controls maintaining compliance documentation and tracking required actions.

  • Assist with personnel security activities including clearance administration onboarding/offboarding security briefings and security education.

  • Assist with computer and network access management including processing access requests verifying required approvals and supporting the provisioning and removal of access.

  • Support Insider Threat Program activities including awareness initiatives and compliance efforts.

  • Maintain security records documentation and databases in accordance with applicable policies regulations and customer requirements.

  • Support security audits inspections compliance reviews and corrective actions.

  • Support the protection and accountability of COMSEC materials and equipment.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government security representatives to resolve routine security matters and appropriately escalate security concerns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires 13 years of professional military academic administrative operational IT security or related experience. Equivalent leadership or organizational experience will be considered.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph. Successful completion of the required background investigation and polygraph is a condition of employment.

  • Strong attention to detail organization problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to learn and apply complex policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to support and adapt to a diverse portfolio of duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

  • Experience supporting government defense aerospace intelligence or security-related programs.

  • Familiarity with NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117 SCI security requirements COMSEC Personnel Security Insider Threat or Information Security.

  • Familiarity with CONMON security controls compliance monitoring risk management or access management.

  • Experience with security documentation audits inspections or compliance tracking.

  • Military experience in security intelligence IT operations or leadership.
