The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts investigating discrepancies and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factors control standards. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business.
Responsibilities
Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances
Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation
Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving storage picking or reconciliation processes
Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements adjustments and audit outcomes
Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs and proper handling procedures
Track and contribute data to ICQA KPI reporting (accuracy % adjustment rate shrinkage %)
Required Qualifications
13 years of experience in inventory control warehouse operations or a related field
Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems; ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working on a production or warehouse floor in a fast-paced perishable goods environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field preferred
