What You Will Do

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.

• Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.

• Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.

• Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.

• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently as well as complying with FAR regulations.

• Maintain complex contract reconciliations working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

Qualifications You Must Have

• University Degree in Finance Accounting BusinessAdministration.

• 1 year of experience working in a corporate environment.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience producing andmodifyingMicrosoft Power Point presentations.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in a financial setting working with numbers large data sets and computations.

• Relevant internship or co-op experience.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and look up functions.

• Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.

• Ability to support multiple time zones.

• Flexibility to adapt to new systems / processes.

• Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills ability to work well in teams.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington CT Cedar Rapids IA Tucson AZ or Richardson TX.

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
