Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design develop and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable high-performing customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect

Develop and configure contact flows routing strategies and IVR solutions

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda Lex S3 DynamoDB and Kinesis

Build APIs and backend services to support contact center functionality

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows integrations and performance

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure high availability security and scalability of the system

Maintain documentation for solutions and processes

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Amazon Connect development

Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB CloudWatch)

Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow development

Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

Familiarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plus

Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in contact center migration to cloud (Amazon Connect)

AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce ServiceNow etc.)

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python )

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
