Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Channel Manager who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and has a proven track record of growing Amazon marketplace sales while maintaining exceptional account health. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-SKU Amazon Seller Central accounts optimizing product listings driving advertising performance and collaborating across multiple departments to maximize revenue profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day management and growth of the companys Amazon Seller Central marketplace.

  • Monitor and maintain Amazon account health ensuring performance metrics consistently meet or exceed Amazon standards.

  • Investigate account issues customer disputes policy violations and intellectual property claims while developing and submitting Plans of Action when necessary.

  • Create optimize and maintain product listings A Content Brand Stores and enhanced product pages to maximize visibility and conversion.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and product discoverability.

  • Partner with Content Specialists to launch new products and continuously improve existing listings.

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies by analyzing sales trends customer behavior and competitive activity.

  • Work closely with Amazon Advertising representatives to improve campaign performance return on ad spend and overall profitability.

  • Evaluate pricing strategies competitive positioning and new product opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Recommend products for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) while maintaining targeted profit margins.

  • Monitor inventory levels coordinate replenishment activities and ensure products remain in stock across Amazon fulfillment centers.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing Operations and Quality teams to maintain product availability regulatory compliance and product quality standards.

  • Prepare monthly business reviews for leadership highlighting marketplace performance key metrics growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead and provide direction to support specialists responsible for daily marketplace operations while fostering collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Support cross-functional eCommerce initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the digital commerce team.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

  • 2 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital marketplace environment.

  • Proven experience managing Amazon account health performance metrics compliance and policy requirements.

  • Experience managing large product catalogs with high SKU counts in a B2C environment.

  • Strong experience creating and optimizing Amazon product listings A Content Brand Stores and enhanced product pages.

  • Solid understanding of Amazon SEO keyword research and product content optimization.

  • Experience developing marketplace growth strategies using sales data analytics and competitive research.

  • Experience managing or collaborating on Amazon Advertising campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data and make data-driven business decisions.

  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent organizational communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing Amazon policies marketplace trends and business priorities.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing Purchasing Operations and Customer Service teams.

  • Adobe Photoshop basic HTML webpage creation or digital merchandising experience is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
