TY!- Shift: 4x10s Shifts 0645-1715 which would also involve some weekday and weekend on-call 3x12sPosition / Specialty: Operating Room FIRST ASSIST - CARDIAC EXPERIENCE NEEDED- Start date: ONCE CREDENTIALED - CAMC CREDENTIALING PROCESS FOR CSFAS CAN TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS - DO NOT SUBMIT ANYONE WHO WANTS TO START WITHIN 4 WEEKS PLEASE- Ratios: (5-6 cardiac/thoracic cases per day)- Years of experience REQ: 3-5; Proficient at vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting - First time traveler is fine if they have the experience.- Weekend REQ: Yes call- Certs REQ: NBSTSA NCCSA or ABSA. We do not require CRNFA.- CALL REQUIREMENT: First Assistants will have call most likely one weeknight per week and a weekend. Some of our PAs and FAs will take the call so we can see about this.- Skills Required: CARDIAC; ROBOTICS - May be floated within CAMC Memorial - Open to blocked schedule discussion in interview- 100 mile radius rule. Will consider candidates 75-99mi away (perm address) - can submit with pending WV license but will need to start - RTO Restrictions: Holidays will be required as call- Guaranteed Hours: 80 per 2 weeks- Special Requirements: Cardiac First assisting- Scrubs provided - The call off policy for this facility is Client may cancel (call-off) up to one (1) shift per two (2) week period without paying for the cancelled hours. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Travel Candidate is assigned (i.e. Client cannot break down the shift cancellations into smaller increments). If Client cancels more shifts than permitted by this section Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off that will count as a called-off shift.
