ID: Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Description: Technologist must be proficient at supporting Neuro and Body Interventional Radiology procedures utilizing single and biplane radiography units. Call requirements will be 1 weekend a month and 1 - 2 days of call/ week. We do have 2 techs on call each shift a primary and secondary. Y90 TIPs chemo embo UFE PAE trauma stroke carotid stent drains biopsies LPs kyphos lines ports filters peripheral stents AV fistula declot/stenting PE/ Radiology department. Utlilizing fluoro (Siemens) and US (Phillips). Trauma 1 and Stroke Center. Do outpatient and inpatient procedures adults geriatrics and peds. All patient acuities. McKesson PACS. Cerner Powerchart. 2 Biplane rooms. 2 Single Plane rooms. Dedicated US room. CT procedure room is run by CT techs. 5 Body IR physicians and 3 Neurointerventional physicians. 9 IR techs when fully staffed. 2 techs on call each night one main and one back up.
