Practice Manager

We are seeking an experiencedPractice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary hospital. This role partners with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners to support the team deliver excellent client service and meet hospital goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead coach and develop hospital team members.
  • Support hiring onboarding scheduling training and performance management.
  • Oversee daily hospital operations facility needs inventory and equipment.
  • Address client concerns and promote a positive patient and client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with hospital leadership on budgeting financial performance payroll and purchasing.
  • Support marketing community outreach and client communication efforts.
  • Manage administrative systems meetings and other hospital processes.
  • Work occasional hospital shifts as needed.
Qualifications
  • 4 years of veterinary hospital management experience; emergency or specialty experience preferred.
  • College education preferred.
  • Veterinary practice management certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
