The fall deadline is November Rafael City Schools is now recruiting a new cohort for the San Rafael City SchoolAlder GSE Teacher Residency Program. This innovative and affordable pathway offers aspiring educators a direct route to becoming a full-time teacher in our just one year residents earn both a Masters Degree and a Teaching Credential while gaining hands-on experience in the classroom. The program combines rigorous coursework led by Alder GSE faculty with a mentorship-based co-teaching model in the TK12 classroom to develop highly effective educators. Upon completion of the residency graduates receive priority consideration for full-time teaching positions within the San Rafael City Schools District.
