A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Travel Supervisor to support operations across multiple facilities throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. What Youll Do
Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
Train coach and motivate employees
Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Monitor labor hours and productivity
Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
Communicate updates and expectations clearly
Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions

What Were Looking For
Reliable transportation & clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 23 hours from your home base
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Attention to detail and accountability
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Stable work history
Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
