We are engaging Airtable Specialists to support a customer project focused on optimizing workflow automation and data management practices. Youll apply your hands-on Airtable expertise to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.
• Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Create and manage bases tables views fields records and relationships.
• Configure and work with Airtable automations forms interfaces and integrations.
• Demonstrate how Airtable can support project management product management and business operations workflows.
• Identify efficient methods for organizing and managing information within Airtable.
• Document workflow steps clearly and accurately.
• Review workflows and instructions to ensure they reflect realistic Airtable usage.
• Provide feedback on workflow efficiency organization and usability.

• Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional environment.
• Experience creating and managing Airtable bases databases and workflows.
• Familiarity with Airtable automations views forms interfaces and integrations.
• Experience using Airtable for product management project management business operations or similar workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow design automation and data organization.
• Ability to clearly explain processes and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable independently exploring Airtable features and completing practical tasks.
