What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement airfield solutions that optimize performance and safety.
• Develop and maintain software applications using Python and Go ensuring high reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time during deployment and operation phases.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on new systems and technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python and Go.
• Proven track record of deploying and supporting complex engineering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with system performance analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Preferred

• Familiarity with robotics or automation technologies within the transportation sector.
• Experience in a forward-deployed engineering role or similar capacity.
• Knowledge of airfield operations or related regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits
