Job Summary

Sparta Networking is supporting a leading commercial airline in the hiring of an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee line and/or hangar maintenance operations in Denver Colorado.

This leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting aircraft return-to-service in a fast-paced airline environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnel

  • Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities

  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures

  • Review and approve maintenance documentation

  • Support return-to-service decisions

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations

  • Promote safety quality and on-time performance

Required Qualifications
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Required

  • Minimum 5 years commercial aircraft maintenance experience

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programs

  • Experience in line or heavy maintenance environments

Compensation (Colorado Transparency Compliance)
  • Hourly Pay Range: $40.00 $52.00 per hour

  • Overtime eligibility based on classification

  • Pay offered will be based on experience qualifications and operational needs
