AIML Sr Lead Engineer, Evaluation

We are looking for an A/B experimentation engineering leader to help design and build the next generation of online evaluation platform. Youll work with the teams and technical leaders at the heart of Apple building cutting-edge customer experiences. Working at the intersection of data product and A/B testing youll drive the culture of experimentation throughout Apple. nWith your expert technical skills youll set technical strategy for the platform stay connected to the details and build the scalable system that drives better features better software and better products for billions of customers.n

As a leader and experimentation expert you will build and execute a multi-year strategy to design and build the best-in-class online experimentation system at Apple. nCollaborating closely with partners across the company you will define the technical vision grow a high-performing team and deliver infrastructure that lets scores of teams run rigorous experiments at scale driving improvements in some of the most used features and software worldwide.n

12 years of experience as a technical engineering experience leading teams that have built and scaled experimentation or A/B testing platforms in a service-oriented understanding of the statistical foundations of experimentation including the trade-offs of experiment track record of translating ambiguous long-horizon problems into concrete engineering collaborating across organizational boundaries to align diverse stakeholders on shared .S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

Experience with on-device or embedded system in modern evaluation systems and working with machine learning or AI-driven product -on experience in conducting experiments in the operating system
