AI Systems & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior AI Systems & Operations Specialist to lead AI implementation automation and internal operations within our fast-paced creator marketing this onsite role based in Winter Park FL you will partner with leadership to build scalable workflows enhance data integrity and ensure operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal tools.

- Build robust automations using Zapier Make n8n APIs and webhooks.

- Manage data quality reporting dashboards and internal portals.

- Monitor system performance troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Develop comprehensive documentation recovery plans and process checklists.

- Oversee AI-generated outputs and maintain quality control standards.

- Manage sensitive account access and system security with high integrity.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in AI systems automation or technical operations.

- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Gemini) and automation platforms (Zapier Make n8n).

- Technical expertise in APIs webhooks SQL Google Workspace and data visualization.

- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) is a plus.

- Exceptional documentation communication and systems-thinking skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

- Must be able to work onsite in Winter Park FL.
