Location: DALLAS TEXAS (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite in Addison TX)

Hybrid work setup requiring 2 days/week onsite in Addison TX. Candidates do not have to be local but must be willing to work onsite without travel expenses paid by the client.
The business driver is the creation of AI proof of concepts (AI POCs) for marketing business development and sales workflows.
Deliverables focus on rapid prototyping experimentation and platform integration rather than finished production applications.
Target career level is CL9 (Equivalent Grade 9). There are no visa restrictions. Extension is dependent on performance.

TOP HARD SKILLS
ServiceNow Platform Development: 3 5 years of experience (Backend REST APIs Scripting)
Generative AI Development: 1 3 years of experience (LLMs RAG Agentic design)
ServiceNow AI Search: 4 6 years of experience

NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms
Marketing BD or sales workflow automation domain experience
Front-end development or ServiceNow UI Builder experience

DISQUALIFIERS
Unable or unwilling to work onsite 2 days a week in Addison TX.

We are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow platform engineer to join the CMT team. The teams mission is to build AI proof of concepts (AI POCs) that support marketing business development and sales pipeline use cases such as lead nurturing content intelligence and workflow automation. The focus of this team is rapid experimentation iteration and integration rather than polished end-user products.

• Develop ServiceNow platform solutions supporting marketing and sales workflows focusing on backend platform logic.
• Design and implement scripted REST APIs and system integrations.
• Build scoped applications and platform-side automation.
• Construct and integrate AI-driven POCs including agentic workflows supporting lead nurturing and engagement.
• Develop LLM-backed content generation classification or summarization solutions and RAG-based approaches for grounding AI responses.
• Rapidly prototype ideas gather stakeholder feedback and iterate independently in an exploratory environment with evolving requirements.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated curious and mid-level engineer who is highly comfortable with ambiguity and fuzzy goals. They possess a strong problem-solving mindset suited for an exploratory environment focused on rapid prototyping. A balanced background featuring strong ServiceNow fundamentals and applied Generative AI experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow platform solutions including backend platform logic scoped applications and platform-side automations.
• Build scripted REST APIs and robust system integrations to power business workflows.
• Proactively develop and integrate AI-driven proof of concepts utilizing LLM-backed architectures RAG configurations and agentic workflows.
• Prototyping innovative concepts independently and gathering stakeholder feedback to refine technical approaches.

This is a ServiceNow-first builder role with practical AI/GenAI integration as the secondary focus. We are not looking for a pure AI engineer or a LangChain specialist. We need someone who can build backend ServiceNow functionality integrate external services through APIs and use AI outputs in real workflows or POCs.

Submit candidates who show evidence of:
Hands-on ServiceNow platform development: Script Includes Business Rules Scripted REST APIs scoped apps Flow Designer integrations.
Real builder ownership: personally built features automation integrations or POCs rather than only supporting requirements testing UAT or coordination.
Practical AI exposure: has called or integrated an AI/LLM service used AI output for summarization/classification/recommendations/routing or grounded AI output using records knowledge or data.
Comfort with ambiguity: can build a working prototype from an incomplete idea and iterate from feedback.
Ability to work onsite in Addison TX at least 2 days per week.

Do not submit if the resume only shows:
ServiceNow AI features only such as Virtual Agent NLU Predictive Intelligence AI Search or Now Assist configuration without custom integration or workflow use.
AI-only background with little or no hands-on ServiceNow platform development.
RAG agents LangChain or LLM buzzwords without a concrete example of what the candidate personally built and how data flowed through the solution.
BA/process/testing-heavy experience where the candidate worked with developers but did not build backend ServiceNow functionality themselves.
