The AI Solution Lead 2 leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison between operations business partners and enterprise AI governance. This role is accountable for advancing AI opportunities ensuring responsible and compliant delivery driving adoption and change management efforts and maximizing business value through scalable AI solutions.
- Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation adoption and value realization.
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
- Evaluate prioritize and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
- Drive change management stakeholder engagement training and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
- Measure and report business outcomes solution performance adoption metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and technology leader with strong project delivery stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities. They possess a strong understanding of AI solution delivery governance business operations and enterprise-scale implementation practices.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology Information Management Business Administration Computer Science or a related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives influence diverse stakeholders manage competing priorities and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.
