Team Leadership n- Lead and mentor a team of AI Architects Engineering Program Managers Prompt Engineers AI Prototypers and Technical Product Managers providing guidance support and professional development opportunities. n- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning within the team to break glass ceilings. n- Build streamline process onboard new tools effective resource planning to help team members be effective and do their best work. n- Proactively identify issues manage risks identify mitigations marshal resources and re-plan as needed. nnBusiness u0026 Technical Leadership n- Possess a deep understanding of Conversational AI and GenAI powered products within the Commerce Domain. n- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and identify relevant technologies for implementation. n- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly. n- Collaborate effectively with Machine Learning and Software Development Engineers to see around corners and build futureproof products. nnDefine product vision and strategy n- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for Conversational and Generative AI within Channel Sales and beyond. n- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with user needs market trends and technological advancements. n- Set clear goals and priorities for the AI product portfolio. nnProduct development and execution n- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization. n- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product iterations and improvements. n- Create compelling product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. n- Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Software Development and a strong interest in user experience. nnLead cross-functional business u0026 engineering collaboration n- Identify and resolve conflicts inter-dependencies and alignment issues quickly and effectively. n- Build relationships and collaboration opportunities within Channel Sales and with other organizations. nnPerformance Management n- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance of AI Powered products. n- Monitor and analyze performance data providing key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. n- Advocate for data-driven decision making across the organization.

10 years of experience in Machine Learning and Software Engineering experiences with successful launch of large scale consumer facing Commerce products WW.n5 years leading product and program teams and managing direct degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or a related technical track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full product lifecycle including research planning implementation and positioning and launching of new AI powered verbal and written communication to filter and distill relevant information for the right ability to develop compelling talking points and stories about new AI powered product and technologies for a broad audience including internal/external stakeholders leaderships users experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a clear impact on the direction of organizational skills able to handle ambiguity with experience in thriving in a startup environment within a large python and software development coding experience with the ability to build 0-1 product by oneself if customer focus and attention to detail and enjoys both hands-on work and high-level strategic thinking.
