Were representing an elite AI engineering startup helping enterprise organizations deploy production-grade AI agents across mission-critical business functions. Rather than building generic automation tools the company embeds with customers to understand their operations and delivers custom AI systems that transform finance sales operations and other enterprise workflows.

Founded by experienced operators from Meta AWS and Citadel Securities the company has rapidly grown following strong customer demand and is building a new category around enterprise AI deployment. As an AI Engagement Manager youll work directly with executive stakeholders to lead high-impact AI transformation initiatives while helping shape the companys delivery methodology and client engagement strategy.

• Own enterprise AI engagements from initial discovery through successful implementation and long-term customer success.
• Serve as the primary advisor to executive stakeholders guiding AI transformation initiatives across finance sales marketing and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants engineers and AI specialists to deliver complex enterprise deployments.
• Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business processes identify pain points and define automation opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured AI implementation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Scope new AI agent deployments by evaluating workflows technical feasibility and expected return on investment.
• Coordinate project execution across multiple client engagements while ensuring exceptional delivery quality.
• Work closely with engineering teams to communicate business requirements and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal playbooks delivery processes and customer engagement frameworks.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to lead workshops executive presentations and implementation activities.

• 4 years of experience leading client engagements at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey Bain BCG or equivalent).
• Proven experience owning enterprise client relationships and delivering strategic initiatives from beginning to end.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with experience solving ambiguous business challenges.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional project execution.
• Excellent executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Bachelors degree from a highly regarded university.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
• Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience founding or operating within an early-stage startup.
• Prior experience scoping or deploying AI machine learning or enterprise automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce NetSuite QuickBooks Sage or similar business systems.
• Experience managing complex organizational change or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and their application to enterprise operations.
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• Interest in helping build both client delivery processes and the long-term organizational culture.

• Base salary: $200000$320000.
• Equity: 0.050.3%.
• Visa transfers and select visa sponsorship available (case dependent).
• Five to six days per week onsite in San Franciscos Financial District.
