AI Developer (on-site)

Natuvion Americas is looking for a hands-on AI Developer to help improve our platform automate processes and develop practical AI-powered solutions for data migration and integration.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about AI and software development who enjoys solving problems experimenting with new technologies and bringing fresh ideas to the team. Candidates can bring experience gained through coursework personal projects internships or previous professional roles.

• Build and maintain automated API integrations and data pipelines.

• Develop and improve web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Work with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) APIs to build AI-powered solutions.

• Support database changes code merges and deployments across environments.

• Troubleshoot bugs investigate errors and improve application security.

• Contribute to UI/UX improvements to make our platform more intuitive and user-friendly.

• Explore new technologies and suggest improvements to tools and workflows.

• Collaborate with the team to test evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering IT Security or a related technical field.

• Candidates currently pursuing a degree recent graduates and individuals with equivalent practical experience are welcome to apply.

• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with React or and backend development using or Python.

• Experience consuming or building REST APIs working with JSON and implementing authentication.

• Understanding of Git GitHub databases debugging and software testing.

• Knowledge of web security fundamentals including OWASP Top 10 secure credential management and access control.

• Familiarity with Python and AI/data libraries such as pandas scikit-learn PyTorch or Hugging Face.

• Understanding of machine learning and LLMs with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs prompt engineering structured outputs or tool calling.

• Experience evaluating AI outputs and understanding security risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.

• A completed AI-related project thesis internship or hackathon project.

• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI agents or the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A testing mindset and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
