AI Deployment Lead
New York City, NY - USA
Job Summary
The Client is signing its first US customers and needs a founding operator to own everything that happens after the sale: implementation deployment customer success and account expansion. This is a greenfield role with no existing US ops playbook reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the center of the companys ability to retain and grow its early US customer base. The primary metric is net revenue retention. The person in this seat will build the US ops function from the ground up then grow it into a three-person team. Success in the first year looks like roughly $1 million in ARR deployed and in production across US accounts with a replicable onboarding process documented and handed off.
