Job Summary

As the AI & Automation Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and automation to streamline processes improve efficiency and drive growth. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to identify areas where AI and automation can be applied and then design and implement solutions that meet our specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with company goals

- Design and implement AI and automation solutions including machine learning algorithms natural language processing and robotic process automation

- Monitor and continuously improve the performance of AI and automation systems

- Train and educate team members on the use and benefits of AI and automation tools

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technology and identify potential applications for our organization

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources to enhance our AI and automation capabilities

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and data privacy laws in the development and implementation of AI and automation solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI and automation development and implementation

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing

- Experience with robotic process automation tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
