Responsibilities
Develop interviews and workshop questions for States business and IT teams.
Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
Review current business processes systems applications spreadsheets shared drives and data practices.
Identify opportunities for process automation technology modernization Generative AI Agentic AI and process systemization.
Identify the data needed to support AI and automation solutions.
Research AI use cases from government agencies Housing Finance Agencies and other regulated organizations.
Identify and prioritize 5 to 8 AI or automation use cases specific to State.
Recommend appropriate Gen-AI tools and platforms for State.
Develop an enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
Present findings and recommendations to States stakeholders.
