Experience working within Transformation COEs or enterprise PMO organizations

Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required

6 10 years of experience in Agile Transformation Enterprise Coaching Organizational Change Program Leadership or related enterprise transformation roles

Position Overview
Hyatt is seeking a senior-level Agile Transformation Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate technology regional and hotel operations teams. This role sits within the Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) and combines Agile coaching organizational change leadership enterprise delivery support executive facilitation and strategic transformation execution across multiple initiatives.
This is not a lightweight Agile coaching engagement and not a traditional Scrum Master role. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating independently across executive leadership business operations and enterprise delivery organizations while helping drive practical adoption of Hyatts transformation framework across diverse teams.
The successful consultant will function as a high-visibility transformation leader focused on improving organizational effectiveness breaking down silos driving Agile adoption improving operating models and enabling cross-functional collaboration across enterprise initiatives.
This role is highly execution-oriented and best suited for candidates who have successfully driven measurable organizational change inside complex enterprise environments.

Coach leadership teams delivery organizations and operational stakeholders on Agile ways of working and organizational agility practices
Support multiple enterprise transformation initiatives simultaneously within the COE structure
Facilitate workshops retrospectives planning sessions leadership alignment meetings and transformation discussions across distributed teams
Partner with executive leadership to evolve governance models delivery frameworks transformation metrics and operating structures
Drive organizational alignment between business technology and operational teams
Help improve collaboration models decision-making processes and enterprise delivery consistency
Mentor Scrum Masters Agile practitioners and transformation champions across the organization
Support enterprise communication strategies executive storytelling and transformation presentations
Assist teams in responsibly leveraging Gen AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and operational decision-making
Navigate highly matrixed enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
Occasionally travel to hotel or regional operational sites as needed to support transformation initiatives
