• Abilities: Strong Agile leadership and facilitation capabilities; ability to coach teams influence without authority manage risks and dependencies and leverage AI tools to generate insights improve workflows and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams; experience leading cross-team initiatives; hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps Jira); demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery reporting and productivity.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
