Role OverviewSeeking a highly hands-on QE Engagement Lead to drive quality validation for application modernization and migration initiatives Angular AWS SQL Server and is not a Test Manager role. The ideal candidate must be technically strong capable of coding reviewing automation validating migrations and leading client-facing QE engagements.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)Agentic AI in Quality EngineeringHands-on experience building/customizing AI agents for test automation test generation defect triage and impact with tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code Kiro Cursor or similar.

Playwright AutomationStrong hands-on experience building debugging and maintaining Playwright automation to solve real-world automation challenges not just provide high-level guidance.

Data Migration TestingProven experience validating migrations involving SQL Server and in source-to-target reconciliation ETL validation data quality checks schema mapping and functional parity testing.

The ideal candidate is:A hands-on automation engineer who can still code experienced with Playwright of building or customizing Agentic AI testing in migration and data validation challenging technical issues with clients and engineering to lead from the front rather than managing from a working within a clients existing frameworks and governance models.

Additional Requirements:12 years in QA/QE with client-facing leadership SQL skills with SQL Server and /.NET Core Angular APIs and integration -on Azure DevOps CI/CD to work within existing client frameworks and governance stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
