Job Summary
Regional President is tasked with overseeing a multi-branch territory in West/West Central Iowa. Be the face of the bank group through community involvement marketing building the staff and positioning the bank to hire top talent. Manage the regions portfolio consisting of Ag & Commercial Loans manage a lending team and develop future lenders.
This is a traditional on-site leadership role that requires the candidate to relocate to the area.
