- Supervise and engage students in structured afterschool programs and activities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities
- Safely transport children to and from school and program locations following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom and bus environment
- Communicate effectively with parents guardians and staff regarding student progress and daily updates
- Monitor student behavior and enforce positive discipline strategies
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with safety regulations
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patient nurturing and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for child development
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
