Aftermarket Purchasing Data Analyst (GR 23)

• Develop and implement improved aftermarket processes to increase teams efficiency.
• Build and maintain databases using AWS Snowflake SQL
• Perform data analysis and reporting on large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop robust data dashboards to support negotiations and team goal attainment.
• Support Commodity Managers and Assistant Directors with all aspects of supplier business awards.
• Support development of commodity strategies and suppliers.
• Assist with development of supplier contracts and agreements when needed.
• Support activities to drive improved supplier performance.
• Conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers and PACCAR Parts personnel.
• Daily analysis and report building for Commodity Managers
• PO discrepancy processing and reporting
• Tracking and reporting on contractual Supplier funding
• Supplier cost increase request reporting
• Aftermarket Purchasing goal tracking and reporting
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Strong programming skills (Python SQL Snowflake Access Power Point Excel Power BI and/or Tableau required)
• 2-3 years of applicable work experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills attention to details and multitasking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative self-motivated quality and results-driven work ethic

Bachelors degree in business administration Data Analytics Supply Chain Management Engineering Finance or related field required
