- Supervise and interact with children in a positive and engaging manner
- Implement TLEs curriculum and activities in collaboration with the Director
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work afternoons during the school year and a combination of full day shifts on no school days
- CPR and First Aid additional required certification (or willingness to obtain)
- School Year: 12 PM - 5:45 PM
- Scheduled No School Days: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
