What Youll Do:

• Perform facials body treatments and other aesthetic services according to spa protocols

• Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences

• Provide product recommendations and educate guests on skincare routines

• Maintain compliance with health sanitation and safety standards

• Ensure proper sterilization of tools and cleanliness of treatment areas

• Follow all state licensing requirements and spa policies

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of supplies

• Track appointments and assist with scheduling as needed

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

• Greet guests warmly and explain treatment processes

• Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns

• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and hospitality of our brand

Other Responsibilities:

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds bend crouch kneel push pull and walk

• Stand for extended periods during shifts

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

• State license or certification as an Aesthetician required

• Previous experience in spa or hospitality setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work weekends holidays and flexible shifts
