General Summary of Position

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and campaign support to the sales team by coordinating the execution of print and digital advertising campaigns from the point of sale through launch. Working closely with account executives advertisers and internal departments this role ensures campaign details creative assets billing information and production timelines are accurate and completed on schedule.


The Sales Coordinator supports campaign setup and execution facilitates communication between advertisers and internal teams and helps ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail effective communication and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Provide administrative and campaign support to account executives by coordinating campaign setup processing order details and ensuring the timely execution of print and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate with advertisers via phone and email to confirm campaign details collect creative assets and other required information and ensure campaigns are prepared for timely execution.
  • Serve as the liaison between advertisers and the creative team by gathering creative requirements communicating creative requests and direction and reviewing creative for accuracy brand consistency and messaging prior to publication.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer campaign and billing information in the companys billing and order management system.
  • Submit campaign instructions for print and digital advertising products coordinate campaign revisions and ensure all required information is complete and submitted by established deadlines.
  • Generate and distribute standardized monthly campaign performance reports for assigned advertisers using the automated reporting platform.
  • Partner with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Respond promptly to advertiser and sales representative questions directing inquiries to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Meet regularly with account executives to review campaign status upcoming deadlines and outstanding deliverables.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Education Experience and Knowledge Requirements

  • 12 years of administrative customer service sales support or related experience required.
  • Previous experience in a media company advertising agency or marketing organization preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal billing order management and campaign systems.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with standard office equipment.
