Raytheon is seeking a high performing HR professional to fill a Human Resources Business Partner rolesupporting the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business this dynamic and fast-pacedrole the HR Business Partner will partner and collaborate with business leaders and HR colleaguesacross all of Raytheons functions and Centers of Excellence to understand strategies andobjectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner consistent with the HumanResources vision and mission. The HRBP will collaborate with program managers and willadvise and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness change and talentmanagement compensation and benefits. Additionally in partnership withHR leaders and other business partners the HR partner will provide leadership and support in theexecution of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning succession planning employeeengagement and talent development. The ability to build relationships execute projectdeliverables exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical inthis role.

What You Will Do

• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees
• Partner with AT leaders to proactively identify program and capture talent needs
• Collaborate across the matrix to align on staffing demand and drive staffing solutions using operational and strategic workforce planning
• Demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance
• Translate business and HR strategies into operational and actionable plans
• Embrace and model core values to further advance the organizational culture; develop andimplement strategies in support of employee engagement and retention
• Actively partner to deliver the full scope of HR solutions including talent acquisitionperformance management leadership capability and development compensationplanning employee development succession planning organizational effectiveness &organizational development
• Educate business partners and employees on HR policy process and practice to ensureeffective execution and compliance with policies and drive execution of best practiceslocally

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree with 12 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 10 years of related experience.
• Experience leading HR processes providing solutions to meet business challenges and coaching leaders to build the workforce.
• Experience with HR business applications and systems such as Workday Qlik andapplicant tracking or similar database and query tools.
• Experience in working effectively in a heavily matrixed organization with solid and dottedline reporting.

• Ability to work collaboratively across the HR team and demonstrated experiencecollaborating with multiple HR functional disciplines to develop solutions
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels in theorganization
• Active Secret Clearance or higher

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
