Were hiring an Advanced Practice Provider who wants schedule flexibility outstanding loan repayment opportunities and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice.

Youll provide comprehensive primary care at outpatient clinics in both Fitchburg and Leominster while working alongside experienced physicians and a supportive multidisciplinary team. Youll have the flexibility to choose from 8 10 or 12-hour shifts while practicing at the top of your license in a mission-driven team-based environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110000 to $137500
• Bonus opportunity: Quarterly incentive of up to $20000 annually
