Youll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Youll work alongside a supportive clinical team with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio dedicated triage services and the resources needed to deliver quality patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
You hold an active unrestricted Florida license
Youre comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

You value preventive medicine continuity of care and meaningful patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $105000 annually increasing based on experience
