Job Summary
St. Mary Physicians Group a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team!

Position Requirements:
A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Possess current unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications including controlled substances.
B: Education:
- Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
Emphasize preventive care and population health management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule & Call:
Full-Time
5-day work week one weekend a month hospital rounding.
