About the Company: Our client has provided personalized primary and geriatric care in Casselberry Florida. Their experienced medical team offers comprehensive patient-focused services including wellness visits womens health osteopathic medicine and DEXA scans. They also help patients manage chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension obesity chronic pain and memory loss.

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This position offers competitive compensation a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $210000 to $230000 annual salary depending on experience
• Bonus Structure - $2000 to $3000 Per Quarter Potential- Above 425 Encounters

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (required)
• General Practitioners Ok
• Current Florida Medical License (required)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Schedule- Must be in Facility Between 8am and 10am and Spend 4 to 6 Hours Monday Through Friday
• EMR- Allscripts/ Veridigm
• Rounding in 2 or 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Casselberry Area All in One Day
• Seminole Orange and Osceola County Would be Coverage Area
• Can Chart at Home or in Facility
• See 1520 Patients Per Day
• Work with midlevel provider support
