MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in education social work or human resources preferred
Outstanding communication and human relations skills
Reliable transportation (local travel required)
Knowledge of career pathways/career Tech Education
Planning and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with local businesses communitypartners and workforce training facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of trauma informed practices
Previous experience coaching and mentoring adult learners
