Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist

Average hourly rate is $20 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a related field who are passionate about supporting children and families. Previous experience in adoption services adoption preservation or related family support work is preferred. However if you are eager to learn and committed to making a difference we will provide the training and support necessary for success.

A Day in The Life as an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist
As an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation having healthy relationships conflict resolution and healthy communication within families among other things. Specialists will work together with families to create a safe stable flexible and comfortable environment for all the family members.
