Hiring Range: Starting at $87422.24

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

Assists in developing organizing and implementing clinical services and programs.

Communicates policies expected outcomes work routines and work procedures to clinical staff.

Assists with implementation and evaluation of quality of care including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.

Assists in monitoring nursing budgets. Assists with admissions discharges and transfer to ensure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.

Manages activities related to staffing including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:

Bachelors degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Masters degree or combination of bachelors degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience required.

10 years of experience preferred.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
