Griffith Centers is seeking an Adolescent Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Supervisor to join our team. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality developmentally appropriate evidence-based care for youth and families. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing program operations providing staff supervision maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a safe therapeutic environment for adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.
What We Offer:
Salary range: $58k-$75k annually.

Professional development and training/certifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to therapists counselors case managers and support staff.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g. CBT DBT-informed care Motivational Interviewing family systems approaches).
Ensure compliance with all Colorado state federal and licensing/accreditation standards (e.g. Joint Commission Volume 7 CARF Medicaid/insurance requirements).
Provide individual and group supervision including supervision toward advanced licensure where applicable.
Promote family involvement in treatment through education therapy sessions and communication.
Collaborate with schools probation child welfare and other community partners in the Colorado Springs community.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related behavioral health field (required).
Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) required (State of Colorado).
Active unrestricted clinical license (e.g. LCSW LPC LMFT or equivalent).
Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) or ability to provide supervision toward licensure preferred.
Minimum 35 years of experience in substance use treatment preferably with adolescents.
Prior experience in IOP PHP or similar level-of-care settings strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience working with co-occurring disorders and high-risk youth populations.
Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agencys clients and staff.
Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships.
Strong leadership coaching and team-building skills
Expertise in evidence-based substance use treatment practices
Knowledge of adolescent development and family systems
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for childcare facilities. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks fingerprinting sex offender registry searches and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be addition employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty and annually thereafter.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
