We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer with strong expertise in Adobe WorkfrontFusion automation workflow development and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Workfront workflows templates requests approvals and Fusion scenarios to automate and streamline enterprise marketing and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Workfront Development & Configuration
Design develop and maintain workflows templates request queues and approval workflows within Adobe Workfront.
Build medium to highly complex business workflows and automation processes.
Configure and manage Workfront objects forms dashboards and user permissions.
Customize and maintain reports and dashboards for business users.
Fusion Automation Development
Design and develop Adobe Fusion scenarios for workflow automation and system integrations.
Build and maintain integrations between Workfront and external applications using APIs and Fusion connectors.
Automate business and marketing processes using Fusion orchestration capabilities.
Troubleshoot and optimize Fusion workflows for performance and reliability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to gather analyze and finalize business requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops and provide functional recommendations.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workfront and Fusion solutions.
Agile Delivery & Process Management
Work as an individual contributor managing activities from discovery to deployment.
Provide periodic updates in Agile boards and collaborate with Product Owners and project leads.
Participate in sprint planning task tracking and delivery discussions.
Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validate marketing process workflows.
Training & Documentation
Conduct end-user training sessions on Workfront usage and process adoption.
Prepare technical documentation workflow diagrams and user guides.
Support process standardization and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:
