Job Summary

Role: Adobe Personalization & Experience Platform Specialist
Location: Minneapolis MN

Key Responsibilities

Lead personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target including A/B testing rule-based personalization (Experience Targeting) AI-driven personalization (Auto-Target) and recommendation strategies.
Develop launch and Eligible to workimize innovative personalization use cases that drive engagement conversion and business outcomes.
Architect and implement solutions using AEP Real-Time Customer Profile audiences and identity services.
Design and support Web SDK and Launch implementations to enable data collection and activation.
Leverage CJA insights to identify journey friction points and personalization opportunities.
Partner with business marketing product and analytics teams to translate customer insights into actionable experiences.
Troubleshoot complex Adobe Experience Cloud implementation and data issues.

Required Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
Deep expertise in:
- Adobe Target & Personalization
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Adobe Launch / Data Collection
- Adobe Web SDK
Strong understanding of customer journey analytics experimentation audience management and profile-based personalization.
Experience designing and launching new personalization initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
Strong analytical problem-solving and innovation mindset.
Knowledge of JavaScript digital analytics and customer data platforms.
