Job Summary
The Admissions Evaluation Team Coach is responsible for assessing and coaching the Admissions Evaluators performance in order to meet key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to data monitoring reviewing application records or item evaluations and real-time coaching.
Work Location:Virginia Beach VA
Salary: $38500 - $43500 annually
Essential duties:
- Manage the Admissions Evaluation team by monitoring and coaching to ensure they are being
held accountable to meet and exceed KPIs and objectives. - Supervise the day-to-day functioning of assigned Admissions Evaluators including but not
limited to: scheduling needs employee management and job performance. - Train in program knowledge system knowledge and best practices in the
review/evaluation of admissions items as outlined by the program requirements. - Maintain a high level of knowledge about all Undergraduate Graduate and Doctoral programs to
speak into program decisions issues and new student enrollment. - Analyze data and identity performance gaps and provide feedback to the Admissions Evaluator
on a real-time basis as well as in one-on-one meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
Candidates must have:
- 2-3 years leadership experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach/motivate a team to performance metrics
