Founded in 1955 Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center is a 394-bed acute care nonprofit hospital located. Serving over 80000 patients annually the hospital offers a full complement of services including a Level II Trauma Center heart care cancer care and womens health. It is the only pediatric trauma center in the San Fernando Valley.

As our Administrative Coordinator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more Clinical Directors and other key stakeholders. Your primary function will be the meticulous management of time and attendance alongside seamless office coordination.
Every day you will oversee and manage complex timekeeping and attendance records with precision and strict adherence to hospital policies. Facilitate the daily operations of the administrative office including calendar management meeting coordination and workflow organization.
To be successful you must demonstrate exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Contribute to a positive work environment striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for staff leadership and the public.
- You will draft edit and distribute high-quality correspondence including letters memos and reports.
- Provide dedicated administrative assistance to Clinical Directors ensuring all tasks are completed cost-effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- Experience in an administrative support role preferably within a fast-paced hospital or clinical environment.
- Fire Safety Card (must obtain within 90 days of start date)
