Job Summary
Description: Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring exceptional care for seniors We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operations of our esteemed nursing home facility in Florissant MO.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility to ensure compliance with regulations high-quality care delivery and a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities: - Lead and direct the overall operation of the nursing home facility including administrative financial clinical and personnel management.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations governing nursing home operations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident safety health and well-being. - Recruit hire train and supervise staff members including nurses caregivers administrative personnel and support staff. - Collaborate with medical professionals families and community resources to provide comprehensive care and support to residents. - Oversee financial operations including budgeting billing and revenue cycle management. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork professional growth and employee satisfaction. - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents families regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Missouri.
-Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business management or a related field
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care setting.
-Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing home operations.
-Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to promoting resident-centered care and enhancing quality of life for seniors.
