Job Summary
Passionate and highly motivated Administrator (contract position). The primary responsibility of this role is to provide direct support to the Business Planning Manager as well as provide overall support to the organization which supports manufacturing operations across North American (NA). Reporting to the Business Planning Manager the person in this role will support the NAPSC team mission to Provide global best development solutions where our manufacturing customers leave happy and ready to perform towards achieving our vision to Transform the way we develop people for the workplaces of tomorrow by 2028.
This contract position is based in Georgetown KY at the North American Production Support Center (NAPSC). Our client encourages all employees to live within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned work location.
We do not anticipate that this role will be required to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Business Planning Manager and admin support to the NAPSC organization for safety budget/cost management purchases and reporting ordering office supplies meeting coordination room scheduling training roster management and reporting scheduling translators other system data entry and reporting and misc. ad hoc requests that supports our staff.
Support and collaborate with the NAPSC members and other customers/stakeholders in manufacturing operations to provide administrative support.
Maintain and manage the NAPSC Teams and SharePoint sites.
Enter and manage department level Purchase Orders (POs).
Administer the NAPSC budget and reporting.
Enter and maintain rosters from NAPSC training in TLC (The Learning Center).
Karakuri showcase support (annual event potential travel to NAMC).
Raise suggestions for process improvement automation and other ideas that enhance our teams efficiency.
Support onboarding activities and event planning.
Financial & Analytical Skills
Demonstrated experience supporting budgets invoice processing financial reporting and data analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas data validation and reporting) Ariba or similar procurement systems and Power BI dashboards. Requires exceptional attention to detail accuracy and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while managing financial and administrative processes.
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Business Communications or equivalent experience
At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work successfully with people at all levels.
Well organized and very detailed oriented (e.g. budget numbers/accuracy)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook Teams Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
Education/Experience:
Associates Degree in Administration and 2plus years of experience.
Added bonus:

Experience with Nitro PDF
