Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Liberty Debt Relief LLC is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records coordinating daily office activities supporting client-related processes and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is professional organized computer proficient and comfortable working with confidential client and financial information. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities communicate effectively with team members and clients and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and various departments.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records files forms and documentation.
- Enter update verify and maintain information in company databases spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Review documents and records for completeness accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with preparing processing scanning uploading and organizing client documentation.
- Monitor and respond to routine administrative emails and correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.
- Assist with scheduling appointments meetings client follow-ups and internal activities.
- Prepare reports spreadsheets correspondence and other administrative documents.
- Track outstanding administrative items and follow up to help ensure timely completion.
- Assist with internal communications and coordination between departments.
- Support management with special projects research data collection and other administrative assignments.
- Maintain accurate logs and records related to administrative activities.
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee or department documentation as assigned.
- Follow established company procedures for privacy confidentiality documentation and data security.
- Handle sensitive client and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify administrative issues and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Help maintain an organized professional and efficient office environment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 12 years of administrative office support customer service or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace email spreadsheets and general office technology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling personal financial and company information.
- Previous experience in financial services debt relief banking insurance or a related industry.
- Experience working with CRM case-management or database systems.
- Experience with document-management systems and electronic filing.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
- Experience working with confidential customer or financial records.
- Familiarity with compliance-focused administrative environments.
